Our delicious Rough and Cracked Black Pepper Oatcakes are slowly baked, using an 84% oat recipe. Palm oil free, our oatcakes are no longer made using olive oil, and instead use a high oleic sunflower oil, allowing us to offer an oatcake which contains less than 2.1% saturated fat, whilst maintaining that delicious taste and texture expected of Paterson's.
