Our delicious Rough and Cracked Black Pepper Oatcakes are slowly baked using an 84% oat recipe. Palm oil free, our oatcakes are no longer made using olive oil, instead using high oleic sunflower oil, allowing us to offer an oatcake which contains less than 2.1% saturated fat, whilst maintaining that delicious taste and texture expected from Paterson's.
