Cook a medium haggis as per instructions on pack. While this is cooking peel 4 potatoes and half a medium turnip and dice. Cook these in a pan of lightly salted water for around 20 minutes. Cook until tender then mash together to form “Clapshot”. Cut open the haggis and spoon a serving into a ring mould (a big scone cutter will do!) and place on a heated plate. Spoon on a layer of the clapshot and top with a generous spoonful of Arran Hot Beetroot Chutney. Serve with a sprig of parsley.
