Summer Fruit Stars
A quick and easy desert which is perfect for a party or as a little treat. Roll out a block of puff pastry and cut into small squares. Slice the pastry from each corner into about 1cm of the centre of the square. Spoon a generous amount of Arran Summer Fruit Jam into the centre of the square and top with frozen berries. Fold alternate corners of the pastry into the centre and brush with milk. Bake in a pre heated oven at 200˚ for 10 minutes. Dust with icing sugar and enjoy hot or cold.
